Check-in Time: 3:00 PM Check-out Time: 12:00 Noon &nbsp;&nbsp;Rates All room rates, charges, and fees are in Saudi Arabian Riyals (SAR) and are subject to a 5% Municipality Tax (MT) and a 15% Value Added Tax (VAT). VAT is applied to both the rate and MT.&nbsp;Early Arrivals and Late Departures For early arrivals, we recommend booking the room for the previous night to ensure immediate access. For late departures, reserving an extra night guarantees access until you leave. Alternatively, we can store your bags and provide changing-room facilities.&nbsp;Additional Guests and Children Surcharge Subject to the maximum occupancy applicable by the villa, the following applies for additional guests:&nbsp;Accommodation: Desert Rock Resort charges no additional fee for children under 12 years of age occupying the same guest room as their parents or guardians (space permitting). For guests aged 12 and over, a fee of SAR 1,500 + VAT and MT will be charged per night.&nbsp;Children's Meal Plan: Under age 6: Free of charge when dining with an adult (exception: in-villa dining). Ages 6-12: 50% discount on all food &amp; beverage based on adult menu pricing; regular price for children's menu pricing. Age 12 and over: Full charge on food &amp; beverage.&nbsp;For reservations staying during July, August, and September: &nbsp;Below 12 years free of charge when dining with an adult exception of in Villa Dining.&nbsp; 12 years and above: full charge on food and beverage. Cancellation Policy All reservations require a valid credit card at booking; otherwise, they will be released. Cancellations or changes must be made by 6:00 PM KSA time at least 14 days before arrival to avoid a fee equal to the total cost of the stay, including VAT and MT. This fee also applies to no-shows. Material changes within the cancellation period require resort approval.&nbsp;Reservation Guarantee Policy A deposit equal to the total cost of the stay, including VAT and MT, will be charged to the credit card 14 days before arrival. If no card is provided, a bank transfer is required instead.
